Built an AI chatbot that qualifies leads in real time, captures contact info, enriches it against LinkedIn, and pushes scored leads to HubSpot automatically. The entire pipeline runs in under 2 minutes from first message.
A law firm was spending 3+ hours per new client manually transferring intake form data into their CRM, drafting onboarding emails, and notifying staff — all by hand.
