Sysmatic was founded on a simple observation: small businesses were being sold AI tools, not AI systems. A chatbot in isolation is a cost center. A chatbot connected to your CRM, lead pipeline, and operations database is infrastructure.
Most AI vendors deliver point solutions — a single node with nowhere to go. Sysmatic exists to build the latter: systems where every component is intentionally connected, documented, and built to run in production.
